About

I am currently an undergraduate CS major at the University of Virginia.

Some of my open source projects:

  • Clogger – a blog framework written in Clojure and Compojure
  • Gajure – a genetic algorithm framework written in Clojure

Past and present serious research projects/interests:

  • Build a better fitness function for program repair with genetic algorithms (current)
  • Hardening programs against security vulnerabilities using genetic programming techniques.
  • Test case selection for automated program repair with genetic programming.

Things I have played with that might be considered “researchish” hacks:

  • Neural networks — Yes, I too have implemented XOR.
  • Computational music composition — A long time ago, this went nowhere.

And just for the record, hacker news is awesome.
